Um, but what does that mean exactly?

 

Well, what it means is that you have your very own place on our site that is all about you. It’s where you’ll find your True Team ready to problem solve, advise, and yes, recommend and explain products, specifically curated to your needs.

 

As we get to know each other better, this page will feel more and more like you. When you take our quiz, chat with the members of your True Team, buy different products for yourself and for friends, we’ll get better at sharing with you what we think will mean the most to you. At minimum, that means not offering you a cleanser for acne-prone skin when you’ve clearly told us you have the beginnings of rosacea. At best, it means that each blog post will give you information you not only didn’t have, but that you didn’t even know you needed until it arrived. Sounds good, right?

 

Here’s how we get started. Once you’ve taken our True Quiz, it’s time to meet your True Team, a group of experts (yes, living, breathing, non-bots right here in Mill Valley) whose mission in life is to make sure your relationship with your skin is a good one. These super knowledgable skincare aces are here to answer your questions, help you solve your skin problems, and teach you about our ingredients, products, and getting the most from our entire line of skin care. Your MY SHOP page lets you contact them via e-mail or instant message. Send them your questions, update them on your results, show them your photos, and learn how to best best achieve the results you’re looking for. They’re like life coaches, but for your face, hair and body.
