A Product Discovery Call is a 15-minute phone appointment with one of our Customer Success Professionals. During the call, we’ll review your skin type, main goals, and current routine. You’ll receive light product education, routine guidance, and recommendations tailored to your needs.

This call is ideal for customers who are new to True Botanicals or for returning customers looking for a quick product swap or refresher. It’s a great first step to explore our products and find your perfect routine

Our consultations give you personalized guidance that’s specific to your skin type, goals, and concerns.
